Tailored support with practical, far-reaching impact.

IMPACT30 gives you access to a range of experts who have been there, done it, and created successful businesses. Our industry professionals understand your journey and are there to deliver expert knowledge and experience to ensure you maximise the potential of your business and keep pace with the demands of increased growth and success.

IMPACT30’s goal is to develop thirty business leaders of the future each year, and is custom-designed to help you make an impact in your industry. The programme works with you as an individual, focusing on the tools, skills and knowledge required to grow your business and achieve its full potential.

What's on offer?

The programme has been designed to accommodate a broad range of businesses from across the Highlands, using digital tools to ensure support is provided at individually convenient times. Each cohort accepts up to 15 participants, delivering a relevant and innovative schedule customised to your location and stage of business development.

Our industry experts analyse your current challenges and plans for growth, delivering support and advice via a practical mix of one-to-one virtual consultations, plus intensive workshop learning. You also have the advantage of learning from interaction with other participants sharing your journey.

This 12-month programme is powered by Anderson Anderson and Brown (AAB).
